More Protest Opportunities?

We tend to think that the effects of airline passenger growth on climate change are all the fault of what's happening in the developed world. Yet figures just released in the Philippines show that the number of domestic passengers increased by over 24% in the first half of the 2007. Admittedly this is only up from 4.15 million in the same period last year to 5.16 million this year. This is a situation mirrored in many areas of the developing world and so the climate change protesters might need to rethink that strategy somewhat.
