Big Money in Nigeria

A new Nigerian airline announced one of the largest airplane purchase deals by an African airline. The deal worth $1.8 billion will see Arik airline take delivery of ten 737-800s, four 787-9s and one 777-300ER. Last April Arik Air took delivery of two 737-700s. Arik's Managing Director said. "This additional order for Boeing jets demonstrates our commitment and a purposeful strategy to establish world-class commercial aviation service in Nigeria."

Meanwhile the flood of emails from people in Nigerian asking for my bank account details so that they can deposit untold amounts of money in it continues unabated.
