Apparently All 150 passengers of a Turkmenistan Airlines Boeing 757 bound for its capital Ashqabad had a miraculous escape today after one of its wings brushed against the airport building. The incident occurred when the plane was heading for the runway, it immediately stopped and according to the Airport Director, "all 150 passengers and the crew members were asked to disembark." I bet they didn't need to be asked twice. Can you imagine the conversation in the cockpit? "I told you to look right." "I was I just didn't see it coming."
If you're thinking of flying with them it could prove tricky as they are one of few international airlines without an official website - so online booking and electronic ticketing can be offered for any of its routes.
