Check this out an airline who really cares. In July a Southwest Airlines gate agent in Phoenix decided to entertain delayed passengers with a performance of Van Morrison's 'Brown Eyed Girl on his ukelele. The happy (?) passengers even sing along at one point....you can see it HERE
