All this talk about how British Airways is struggling to offer a decent service reminds me of some wise words uttered by the former Operations Director of British Caledonian Airways, Mick Sidebotham.
“We’d operate more efficiently if it wasn’t for all the passengers and cargo that we had to carry.”
