There Maybe Trouble Ahead No.2

According to the Daily Telegraph. "Holidaymakers returning to Britain are being warned they could face queues of up to three quarters of an hour to get through immigration checks at airports. The Border and Immigration Agency has set 45 minutes as the time it is prepared to allow UK and EU passengers to wait to complete its formalities after introducing new passport scanning equipment, The Daily Telegraph has learned."

Several things occur. First it applies to all travellers, not just holidaymakers - don't you just love the media spin. Second, we seem hell bent on achieving, through alternative means, what taxes couldn't for the government in it’s desire to reduce air travel. Because, in case you didn’t know it, air travel is the climate change pariah. It’s the negative end of gesture politics.

There's gonna be a crisis shortly.
