Something's Got To Give

Flight delays, security issues, airlines trying to protect their bottom lines, overcrowded airports, declining standards of inflight service and service generally. It can't get any worse can it? Well the Federal Aviation Administration in America are predicting that a billion passengers a year will take to the skies by 2015, a 36 percent increase from the current level.

Let me be the first one to point out that there is a way to help and I am among the several who are actively doing something about the problem.

Absent an emergency I am not currently able to imagine, I will not fly commercial air ever again.

(An obvious exception would be a desire to get to Europe or some such place, but the Moslems have pretty much removed that possibility from play.)
